English Introduction
The Panasonic GX-H8A/GX-F8A Proximity Sensors are two high-performance rectangular-shaped inductive proximity sensors. They feature a compact rectangular design, making them easy to install in various industrial equipment and automated production lines.
Both sensors have a maximum sensing distance of 2.5 millimeters and a stable sensing range of 0 to 2.1 millimeters. The standard sensing object for these sensors is an iron sheet measuring 15×15×1 millimeter. The sensors also offer high repeatability, with a repeatability of 0.04 millimeter or less along the sensing axis and perpendicular to the sensing axis.
In terms of electrical performance, the GX-H8A and GX-F8A operate within a voltage range of 12 to 24 volts DC, with a current consumption of 15 milliamps or less. They feature an NPN open-collector transistor output with a maximum sink current of 100 milliamps. Additionally, the sensors are equipped with an orange LED indicator that lights up when the output is "ON".
Both sensors have an IP68 protection rating, ensuring stable operation in harsh industrial environments. They can operate within a temperature range of -25 to 70 degrees Celsius and can be stored in temperatures ranging from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius. The sensors housings are made of PBT material, while the indicator parts are made of polycarbonate/polyester.
