The EH-302 Series proximity sensor is a non-contact detection device developed by KEYENCE for industrial automation applications. Utilizing advanced electromagnetic induction technology, this sensor reliably identifies metallic objects without physical contact, making it suitable for various industrial environments including production machinery and automated systems.
Constructed with a fully sealed stainless steel housing, the sensor features specialized surface treatment that provides enhanced resistance against oil contamination, dust accumulation, and moisture exposure. The integrated temperature compensation circuitry ensures consistent detection accuracy across an operational temperature range of -25℃ to +70℃. Its compact cylindrical design (30mm diameter) supports multiple mounting configurations for flexible integration with different mechanical setups.
The EH-302 series offers three standard detection ranges (3mm/5mm/8mm) to accommodate diverse application requirements. Equipped with environmental interference suppression technology, the sensor maintains stable operation in areas with electromagnetic disturbances. Supporting DC10-30V power input with reverse polarity protection and overload protection, the device ensures operational safety.
