Featuring precision mechanical construction with premium elastic components, these gauges deliver reliable performance in both laboratory calibration and field measurement scenarios.
The innovative zero-adjustment mechanism enables on-site calibration to compensate for minor deviations caused by environmental variations or extended usage. Equipped with a dual-layer dial and precision hairspring mechanism, the 360° full-scale reading capability achieves a minimum division value of 0.1% FS. The 304 stainless steel enclosure with polymer damping fluid effectively absorbs vibration and pulsation, maintaining pointer stability under dynamic conditions. All wetted parts utilize 316L stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance, operating within a temperature range of -40℃ to 70℃.
The vibration-resistant version incorporates multi-layer buffer structures and specialized sealing technology to dissipate mechanical vibration energy.
