The RB-H-5 rotary paddle level switch is designed for point-level detection of bulk solids including powders, granules and lump materials in industrial applications. Its working mechanism features a low-speed rotating blade (1 RPM) driven by a micro motor, which stops upon contacting materials and activates SPDT contacts while cutting off power. The torque adjustment mechanism allows sensitivity customization for materials with different densities (≥0.4g/cm³), with an automatic slip clutch protecting the motor from overload damage. Constructed with SUS304 stainless steel blade and IP65-rated enclosure, it operates reliably in temperatures from -20℃ to 80℃ (optionally up to 400℃). Typical applications include material level monitoring in silos, hoppers and chutes across cement plants, metallurgy, coal handling and feed processing industries. 一、产品简介：

二、工作原理
电机带动叶片旋转，当被侧介质到达叶片位置时，叶片手足停止转动，从而触动后面的微动开关输出开关信号，当被测介质下降离开叶片时，叶片在弹簧的作用下恢复原位继续转动。弹簧的拉力可根据所测介质的比重进行调整，物料比重大时弹簧调整到*强，反之调至*弱。
