The SR-80LT rotary paddle level switch is designed for solid material level detection, including powders, granules, lumps and viscous substances. It features a unique dual-sealed bearing structure and dust-proof oil seal technology, with clutch protection for motor safety during continuous operation. The 304 stainless steel paddle adjusts sensitivity through spring tension adaptation to materials of varying densities (≥0.4g/cm³). Operating at 1RPM rotation speed, it supports -10℃ to 200℃ environments with optional high-temperature configurations. The separated mechanical-electrical structure facilitates maintenance, while IP65 enclosure ensures outdoor suitability.
