工作原理
The ZXK-10B-300 material level switch operates by utilizing a micro motor to drive the detection blade at low speed rotation (1 RPM). When the rising material obstructs the blade s movement, the detection mechanism generates rotational displacement around the main shaft, triggering a micro switch to output a contact signal while cutting off the motor power. This state persists until the material level drops and releases the blade obstruction, allowing the spring mechanism to restore the system to its initial position.
