The SP-YC tuning fork level switch is a robust material detection device utilizing piezoelectric resonance technology, designed for point-level monitoring of liquids, powders, and granular media. Its vibrating fork probe, crafted from 316L stainless steel or aluminum alloy, is excited by piezoelectric crystals at a natural frequency. Upon contact with the measured medium, the vibration dampening triggers an instantaneous switch signal via integrated electronics, enabling reliable process control. The device excels in challenging conditions, immune to interference from density variations, foam, turbulence, or adhesion, with operational ranges spanning -40℃ to 220℃ and pressures up to 2MPa.

阻旋料位开关也有的称之为阻旋物位计或者阻旋料位开关、阻旋物位开关等，主要是根据它具体的不同用途的不同名称。阻旋式料位开关是采用交流微电机经减速后，带动检测叶片慢速旋转。当被测物料的料位上升使叶片的转动受到阻挡时，检测机构主轴产生旋转位移。此位移先使一个微动开关动作，发出有料的信号。随后另一个微动开关动作，切断微电机的电源使其停止转动。只要仓内的料位不变，此种状态便将一直保持下去。
